Darryl James currently freelances out of Portland, Oregon although he began his career in Toronto. After graduating from the photojournalism program at Loyalist College, he landed a four month internship at The Globe and Mail. Since, he has been continuously on the move, always following his curiosity about people and their stories. He has contributed to The Wall Street Journal, The Globe and Mail, The Oregonian, The Toronto Star, The National Post, The Walrus Magazine, Maclean’s Magazine, Toronto Life Magazine, Seven Magazine (Istanbul), the Canadian Press, Getty Images and more.
